Prices & Currencies

  • All product prices are displayed in Euro (EUR).
  • The total price including shipping costs is shown transparently before completing the order.
  • In accordance with § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), no VAT is charged.

Secure Checkout & Data Protection

  • Encrypted Connection: All payments are processed via HTTPS (TLS/SSL).
  • SCA (3D Secure, etc.): Additional authentication may be required for credit card payments.
  • Payment Processing: Conducted exclusively through verified payment providers – we do not store card details.

Time of Charge

For credit card payments, the charge is made after the order confirmation. For wallet payments (e.g. Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal), the amount is charged immediately.

Invoices

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Upon request, we will issue an invoice without VAT in accordance with § 19 UStG.
